Euthyroid goiter and prevention of its recurrence after resection: adults – 75-200 mcg / day, children – 12.5-150 mcg / day. Additional therapy in the treatment of thyreostatic drugs – 50-100 mcg / day. Malignant tumor of the thyroid gland (after surgery) – 150-300 mcg / day.

Side effects and contraindications.

Side effects: allergic reactions, irritability, convulsions, nervousness, headache, drowsiness, myalgia, weakness, lethargy, apathy, fever, tachycardia.
