How does the drug work?
This medicine, unlike other hypoglycemic agents, is characterized by rapid insulin production up to 30 minutes before meals, due to which there is a rapid decrease in blood glucose concentration.

With monotherapy, 120-180 mg 3 times a day.

Side effects: itching, skin rash, urticaria, hypoglycemia, decreased hemoglobin, decreased vision, abdominal pain, vomiting, constipation, nausea, pankeratitis, anemia, hepatitis.
Contraindications: hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, type 1 diabetes mellitus, infectious diseases, pregnancy, breastfeeding, age up to 18 years and the elderly 75 years old, simultaneous use of gemfibrozil.
