The main active ingredient in the composition: galantamine.

How does the drug work?
Facilitates cholinergic transmission by enhancing and prolonging the action of endogenous acetylcholine. Provides neuromuscular transmission in skeletal muscles, exhibits antagonism against curare-like non-depolarizing agents. Increases the tone of smooth muscles of internal organs, enhances the secretion of exocrine glands. Causes miosis, reduces intraocular pressure, causes a spasm of accommodation.
Side effects and contraindications.
Side effects: salivation, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, itching.
Contraindications: bronchial asthma, bradycardia, angina pectoris, epilepsy, hyperkinesis, intestinal obstruction, age under 18, hypersensitivity to galantamine.
