How does the drug work?
The drug suppresses predominantly cellular immunity. Suppresses the release of inflammatory mediators. In the experiment, it reduces the formation of cytotoxic lymphocytes.
How to use and dosage.
Treatment should begin after surgery. The capsule should be swallowed and washed down with water. It should be taken on an empty stomach or 2-3 hours after a meal. You need to take it in the morning and in the evening. Immunosuppressive therapy is prescribed for life.
To prevent transplant rejection, take 0.1-0.2 mg/kg per day. Morning and evening.

Side effect: arterial hypertension, tachycardia, thromboembolism, headache, dizziness, insomnia, agitation, mental disorders, diarrhea, nausea, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, stomatitis, hepatitis, impaired renal function.
With hypersensitivity to macrolides.
