How does the medicine work?

The drug has the highest activity of sulfonylurea receptors on beta cells and the largest decrease in sugar among sulfonylurea drugs.
The drug directly affects the production of insulin and improves the uptake of glucose by cells.

How to take and dosage.

Dosage is determined individually depending on age, severity of diabetes, blood glucose level on an empty stomach and two hours after a meal.

The initial dose is: 2.5 – 15 mg per day. Take 1-3 times a day. The drug should be taken up to 30 minutes before meals.
For the elderly, the initial dose is 1 mg per day.
