Description

How does the drug work?

In the distal tubules, salt is exchanged for calcium, hydrogen carbonates, and phosphates. The diuretic effect appears after 1-2 hours, reaches a maximum after 4 hours and lasts up to 10-12 hours. It also lowers blood pressure.
How to take and dosage.
To lower blood pressure, take 25-50 mg / day orally.
Elderly 12.5 mg 1 or 2 times a day.
Children from 3 years old – 1-2 mg per day.
After 3-5 days of taking, it is recommended to take a short break for 3 days.
With neurogenic diabetes, take from 50 to 150 mg per day.
When preventing the formation of stones 50 mg 2 times a day.
