How does the drug work?
The drug reduces the contractile function of the bladder, and also has the ability to reduce salivation. Causes the bladder to not empty completely. The total treatment time is 4 weeks.
How to use and dosage.
Take orally 5 mg per day. If the patient has renal insufficiency, then the dose is reduced to 2 mg per day.
Side effects and contraindications.
Side effects: dryness in the mucous membrane, constipation, abdominal pain, dyspepsia, flatulence, vomiting, headache, dizziness, confusion, hallucinations, weakness, fatigue, chest pain, dry skin, weight gain, flushing of the face .
Contraindications: Urinary retention, myasthenia gravis, ulcerative colitis, pregnancy, breastfeeding period, ulcerative colitis.
